Overview

Located in the vibrant heart of Bandar Puchong Jaya, Super Kitchen Chilli Pan Mee offers an authentic taste of Chinese noodle craftsmanship. This unpretentious eatery at 8, Jalan Kenari 8 serves as a beacon for noodle lovers seeking comforting and bold flavors. The signature dry chili pan mee, their standout dish, captures a perfect balance between chewy hand-pulled noodles and a savory mix of minced pork, crispy lard, and a gently runny egg. The chili here is notably exceptional—rich, flavorful, and with just the right amount of heat to awaken the palate without overpowering it.

The atmosphere mirrors the straightforwardness of a classic canteen: clean, fuss-free, and welcoming. The modest setting emphasizes the food's quality and authenticity. Service is brisk and efficient, catering comfortably to both quick lunches and leisurely dinners. Regular patrons have mentioned the slight variations in noodle texture, sometimes veering soft rather than al dente, which could be a point for refinement but never detracts significantly from the overall experience.

Beyond their signature pan mee, Super Kitchen offers a diversified menu that includes comforting bowls of curry pan mee, a warming wanton soup, and indulgent fried pork belly that adds a robust crunch to the meal. Their fried dumplings deliver a satisfying crispness while the traditional cendol and aromatic coffee provide a refreshing finish. The inclusion of local favorites such as da pu mee and toasted bread with butter and kaya highlights the restaurant’s thoughtful nod to Malaysian tastes.

Super Kitchen Chilli Pan Mee appeals mainly to those who crave a hearty, authentic noodle meal wrapped in a no-frills environment. It suits working professionals, families, and food enthusiasts in Puchong who value genuine flavors without the fuss. Parking can be challenging during peak hours, but regulars emphasize that the food’s quality justifies the effort.

In summary, Super Kitchen strikes a harmonious chord between tradition and taste, delivering noodles that comfort with every bite. While there is room for slight tweaks in noodle firmness and chili oil balance, the restaurant remains a preferred destination for pan mee aficionados. It is a genuine culinary experience that invites repeated visits for the addictive chili, the rich textures, and the heartfelt simplicity of its menu.

The restaurant has a clean, fuss-free canteen vibe that feels welcoming and comfortable. Service is efficient, and the dishes are well-priced for the quality offered. The noodles consistently stand out with their excellent texture — springy and satisfying with every bite — and the chilli is truly exceptional (so far the best of all pan mee shop), adding a bold, addictive kick that elevates the entire dish. That said, the curry leans slightly too thick for my preference, and the noodles can be a little oily. Toward the end of the meal, a noticeable layer of oil settles at the bottom, which made it a bit heavy — I ended up leaving the last portion of noodles unfinished. I still keep going back for the chilli, noodle ang the egg.

Fast service and worth the try. The only downside is the mee hoon kueh is abit soft and not firm enough. Other than that, everything is good. Hard to find parking too.

Super Kitchen Chilli Pan Mee is always our first comfort meal when we’re back home. The dry chilli pan mee came with chewy hand pulled noodles, plenty of minced pork and crispy lard, all mixed with a runny egg and just a touch of chilli for me. The pork chop noodles had springy noodles with a crisp golden pork chop and fried beancurd slices which my fiancé loved. The fried dumplings were crunchy with tasty filling and the soup version was warm and comforting. Always satisfying. Follow @ayaalan.foodie for more foodie reviews!

My go to place in IOI City Mall when I was working in the area. Glad that they’re now nearer to where I stay. A few fine tweaks needed on their noodles which came a tad overcooked and too soft. Should be el dente and chewy. Other than that price is similar to the mall outlet’s. Will come over to check the food out again.

The signature chili pan mee is quite delicious, the noodle is chewy and firm, and there's lots of lard that give it the nice burst-in-the-mouth texture. But, I just wish that the chili is more oily than it it is because at times, it felt a bit too dry for my liking. Overall, good taste but could've been better for me.

Not satisfying for me. But I believe their best seller is Chili PanMee, most of the customers ordered that dish. Taste is really normal, but for the price, you get to enjoy better environment with air-conditioning. Quite crowded even during weekdays dinner. Good good business! Staffs are very spontaneous. Although not all of them.

The chili pan mee noodles were cooked really well—perfect texture, not too soft or hard. Taste was satisfying. There was a bit of a wait after ordering because they had many delivery orders, but overall still worth it.

This spicy noodle dish delivers bold, layered heat with real depth. Springy noodles are coated in a glossy, fiery sauce and signature sambal, balanced by savory umami and a hint of sweetness. A fried egg, crispy ikan bilis, and minced pork add richness, crunch, and texture, making every bite satisfying, addictive, and pleasantly fiery.
